First, users learn about their partner's fillers and drainers, identifying what makes them feel loved or negative. Second, they delve deeper into understanding how these fillers and drainers are defined. Finally, couples work on changing their behavior to maximize fillers and minimize drainers. Regular communication and weekly feedback provide accountability and support throughout the process. KtG offers a free two-week trial, followed by a subscription for full access, which includes feedback, progress tracking, and access to articles and resources. Personal data is securely stored, and users can manage their subscription settings within the app.
